I was asked to create the new identity for Bar Alt, a new bar and restaurant from the nice folk's at restaurant Jacobsz and beer brewery Two Chefs Brewing in Amsterdam. The primary focus is the combination of good food and a beer menu, a concept that has not been seen in Amsterdam as far as I know.
We first started with a logo study from which we distilled the final logo.
After making these proposals, we found that the visual direction we wanted to move forward was clean, stylish and simple. After this round, I made these final logo proposals.
And finally, this logo was chosen.
